Lorraine Thomas has a passion for people and a passion for homes.

At the age of 15, Lorraine was hired as the “weekend girl� by a top real estate Broker in Broward County. By the age of 22, she had purchased her first home and became a Licensed Broker-Associate under that same Broker. The rest is history with a few plot twists in between (lol).

In 2011, Lorraine became a Licensed Property Manager which has given her extra knowledge and experience to be used in the real estate industry. She has managed communities, private residences and investment properties in Broward. She is a Notary, a Board of Directors member for the condo association in which she resides and an active volunteer at the church she attends.

As a very seasoned Realtor, Lorraine has experienced and endured all different types of markets. Key word “seasoned�. She has persevered and remained steadfast in the days of very high interest rates, low inventory, short sales, buyer’s markets, seller’s markets and cut-throat transactions. Lorraine is Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certified and obtained the Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation a few years back. For the past 10+ years, she has earned and maintained the exclusive RE/MAX Executive Club and 100% Club Awards. In 2026, she received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.

Lorraine has lived in Sunrise, Tamarac, Coral Springs and currently closer to the Atlantic Ocean. She has 2 grown kids that are her world and sometimes lives vicariously through them. When she’s not working, she’s probably sipping on an espresso, enjoying the ocean breeze or taking a pilates class.
